Welcome to WildSoul ("we", "us", or "our"). WildSoul is a mobile application that transforms your pet photos into anime-style battle creatures using artificial intelligence. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the "App"), available on Android (package name: com.wildsoul.app) and planned for iOS.
By using WildSoul, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
Your pet photos are sent to the Replicate API exclusively for AI creature generation. Photos are processed in real time and are not stored by Replicate after the generation is complete. The resulting AI-generated creature images are downloaded directly to your device and stored locally only. We do not upload, store, or share your pet photos or generated images on any server.
WildSoul uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
Google AdMob — Advertising
Collects advertising identifiers and device information to serve rewarded video ads. GDPR consent is collected via Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) before ad personalization.
PostHog — Product Analytics
Collects anonymous usage events, device type, and app version. No personally identifiable information is collected.
Sentry — Crash Reporting
Collects crash logs, device information, and stack traces for error diagnosis. No PII is intentionally collected.
Supabase — Authentication & Cloud Sync
Stores your email address (from Google Sign-In), user ID, and creature metadata for account management and cloud synchronization. No images are stored.
Replicate — AI Image Generation
Receives pet photos for AI creature generation. Photos are processed in real time and are not stored after generation is complete.
Google Sign-In — Authentication
Used for account authentication. Provides Google profile information (name, email, profile photo). Only your email address is stored by WildSoul.
WildSoul displays rewarded video ads through Google AdMob. These ads may use advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) and device information to serve ads. We do not use cookies in the traditional sense, as WildSoul is a native mobile application. However, advertising SDKs may use device-level identifiers for ad targeting and measurement.
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we collect consent for ad personalization through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) in compliance with GDPR. You may choose to see non-personalized ads or withdraw consent at any time through the App's settings.
You can also reset or opt out of advertising identifiers through your device settings:

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device using platform-specific secure storage (Android Keystore). Cloud data is protected by Supabase's Row Level Security (RLS), ensuring that only you can access your own data. All network communications use HTTPS encryption.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
WildSoul is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information as promptly as possible. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our third-party service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from your jurisdiction. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries. Where required, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the App. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your data.
